But I was miserable.
I felt a growing disconnect between the work I was doing and the impact I wanted to have. I was exhausted, unfulfilled, and trapped by my own success. I knew I needed a change, but I was terrified of losing the identity and security I had worked so hard to build.
My wake-up call was realizing that individuals need the same level of strategic support that organizations do when navigating major shifts.
So, I took my own leap. I walked away from the corporate consulting world and applied my 30 years of transformation experience to the most complex challenge of all: personal reinvention.
